Accessible Emergency 911 and Emergency Alert Services

Survey on Future Accessible Emergency 911 and Emergency Alert Services for Mobile Telephones

We would like to know how the next generation of Emergency 9 1 1 services and Emergency Alerts can be made more accessible for you.

Your feedback is important to us. If you are deaf, hard of hearing, blind, have low vision, or have a mobility impairment that affects your hand function, we would like you to take our survey.

To thank you for your time, you can choose to add your name and email address to the survey and you will be entered into a draw to win a $200 gift certificate for the The Bay (new window).

Please choose one of our three surveys. There is one for people who are deaf or hard of hearing, one for people who are blind or have low vision, and there is one for people who have mobility impairments that affect their hand function. The surveys can be done over the telephone, by clicking on the web links below and completing an on-line version, or by downloading a Microsoft Word Document version of the survey and emailing it to us at rd.info@neilsquire.ca.
