SUMMARY:Assistive Tech Challenge
DESCRIPTION:ShiftKey Labs and IDEA are partnering with Makers Making Change for a 1-day challenge to design\, prototype and program assistive technology. Assistive devices are used to help complete everyday tasks more easily\, like opening bottles\, holding objects\, or accessing toys or electronics. You’ll be working with a multi-disciplinary team to address real challenges proposed by users. Together\, you’ll go through the entire design process in one day\, from ideation to prototyping and testing.  \nYour product will be added to the Makers Making Change design library\, so that users can recreate it and build on it more. \nDon’t miss out on the chance to improve accessibility for someone who can really benefit from it in the last hackathon of this semester!
