DESCRIPTION:Join us for some toy hacking to give kids with disabilities the gift of play!\nWe’re excited to host our Hacking for the Holidays event in the East Kootenays at the YXC Makerspace in Cranbrook\, BC. As part of our 2024 Hacking for the Holidays campaign\, on Saturday\, November 23rd\, we’re going to switch adapt 25 toys to donate to local kids with disabilities. And we need your help to do it! \nVolunteers will be adapting toys and building assistive switches. No prior experience is necessary – we’ll teach you and walk you through every step. Everyone is welcome.
