SUMMARY:Lift Switch Build with Dr. J.H. Gillis High School
DESCRIPTION:Makers Making Change (new window) is excited to work with students from Dr. J.H. Gillis High School in Antigonish\, Nova Scotia to build lift switches. These switches are newly developed by Stan Cassidy Centre for Rehabilitation (SCCR). The switches work in reverse to a traditional switch\, with the individual being able to rest their hand or foot on the switch and lift their hand/foot when they wish to activate.
