DESCRIPTION:Makers Making Change and The TELUS World of Science – Edmonton are excited to partner and host a series of 14 summer events where youth can learn more about assistive technology and devices. Students will learn about accessible gaming\, how to solder\, and build working\, needed devices for the community and learn more about the world of assistive technology. \nOur sessions with the Mighty Makers Camps will focus on introducing youth to basic circuitry concepts and how they can be used to make accessible buttons and toys. \nThese events are closed to youth signed up for TELUS World of Science – Edmonton summer camps only.
