SUMMARY:The Way We Hear It! A Community Engagement Exhibition
DESCRIPTION:This exhibit will provide an interactive\, hands-on experience that will educate the general public of all ages about our auditory system\, hearing health\, hearing loss\, diverse treatments and solutions\, as well as promote our community of people with hearing loss. \nCelebrating Better Hearing and Communication Month in May\, The Way We Hear It! will engage the public of all ages with the concept of hearing health\, and they will learn first hand how CHHA-BC works to promote public awareness of hearing health and hearing loss for the province of British Columbia. \nNeil Squire is a proud supporter of this event\, and the exhibit will feature a giant 3D printed hearing aid replica made by Hearing Solutions and Makers Making Change teams. \nThis exhibit is geared for all ages and there is a little something for everyone to explore\, all through the lens of BC’s hard of hearing community organization. Join us May 1-31 at Albion Community Centre (24165 104 Ave.\, Maple Ridge).
