2. If you prefer to have someone go through and complete the survey with you by telephone you can contact us by sending an email to rd.info@neilsquire.ca or by calling us at 1.877.673.4636. Please provide your name, phone number where we can contact you and we will contact you to schedule a time to complete the survey.
