Microsoft One Week Event: Accessible Gaming Switch Buildathon

On July 23rd, Microsoft Vancouver (new window) staff members headed to ‘The Garage’ for our Accessible Gaming Switch Buildathon. They learned from our Makers Making Change (new window) team how 3D printing and electronics skills can be used to build a variety of accessibility switches.

These switches come in a variety of sizes and types and can be plugged into Microsoft’s Xbox Adaptive Controller to help gamers of all abilities play video games. Thank you to everyone who came out!
