The AT Summit is Canada’s leading Assistive Technology (AT) conference, proudly presented by Neil Squire

The AT Summit is a two-day event showcasing excellence, innovation, and impactful partnerships in Assistive Technology. It takes place from February 18-19, 2026 in Moncton, New Brunswick.

Featuring engaging presentations from leaders in Assistive Technology, vendors, and community partners, the AT Summit will provide a unique networking opportunity for increased knowledge and collaboration.   • All registrants will receive complete presentation descriptions to plan their AT Summit experience.
  • All registrants will receive invitations to join the Virtual Presentation Series via Zoom Webinar.
  • All virtual presentations will be recorded. With participants joining the AT Summit from coast to coast, we want to provide registrants with the opportunity to view virtual presentations at alternate times.
  • The AT Summit will be utilizing the software Wordly for translation and transcription.
    • For virtual presentations, Wordly is available to all during the presentations.
    • For live presentations, if you plan on using Wordly, bring along a pair of headphones to utilize Wordly from your smartphone.

2026 AT Summit Vendors

The AT Challenge

The AT Challenge is a unique skills event where teams are presented with specific scenarios and must use their AT talents and knowledge with various AT options to create a solution. The AT Challenge focuses on three tiers of AT skills:

  • Digital literacy skills required to successfully onboard and adopt AT
  • Built-in accessibility features available on mainstream devices and how to utilize these features as AT solutions
  • Specialized AT software and hardware that was designed for disability community groups facing barriers with vision, hearing, mobility, learning etc.

Who is the AT Challenge for?

The AT Challenge is for anyone who would like to showcase their AT skillset, or just have some fun while learning from the leaders in Canadian AT. Whether you are new to AT, and hope to learn by engaging in a team challenge with Neil Squire AT Specialists and AT Practitioners; or you are seasoned AT trainer facilitator and would like to contribute your knowledge and wealth of information to win the glory – AT Challenge is for you.

AT Challenge Info:

  • There is no additional cost to register for the AT Challenge.
  • Sign up as an individual, all levels of AT experience are welcome.
  • AT Challenge teams will be announced at the end of Day 1 of AT Summit.
  • AT Challenge teams will have a Team Huddle at the end of day one to determine which events each person will participate in.
  • Events range from digital literacy skills, knowledge and use of built-in accessibility features on mainstream devices and specialized AT software and hardware.
  • Each event will present the chosen AT Challenge team member(s) with a scenario, and a set of steps to complete using the digital literacy skill, accessibility tool, or specialized AT provided.
  • AT Challenge participants, not actively participating in an AT Challenge event are welcome to take in a presentation, complete the AT Build with Makers Making Change, or cheer their team members on!
  • The AT Challenge welcomes all AT Summit registrants as spectators throughout the different events.

Fees:

  • Individual Attendee: $130
  • Individual Attendee (Virtual): $50 (virtual participants will receive an email with Zoom links to access presentations via live streaming)
  • Vendor or Community Organization (Includes 1 booth space and 1 individual registration): $200
