Jason had never had a job before, and had never gone through the job search process. He has cerebral palsy, mild spastic diplegia, and scoliosis, but does not use a wheelchair as he has had surgeries in the past to help him walk.
“I want to thank the staff and volunteers at Neil Squire for everything that they do. Without the support they’ve given me, I wouldn’t be where I am. Thanks for everything.”
“We’re just super grateful, and we appreciate all the time and effort that goes into it, because we just wouldn’t be able to access the kind of toys that Aubrey likes if this kind of organization didn’t exist,” says Carly, Aubrey’s mother.
In 2006, a partnership developed between Neil Squire and the Penticton Indian Band and ever since we have collaborated on programs for the community out of the Footprints Centre with a focus on employment.
