McInnes Cooper and Law Students Adapt Toys for IWK Children’s Hospital

Every year, McInnes Cooper hosts a volunteer event for incoming law students at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. This year, they tried something a little different than usual, partnering with Makers Making Change to hold a build event, with the adapted toys going to children with disabilities at the IWK Children’s Hospital.

Ean Price has lived in British Columbia his entire life. Born in Dawson Creek, his family moved to the Okanagan when he was five years old, “after being diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy at 10 months, my parents decided that I was going to be way too high maintenance to live in the bush.”
