Opportunities to Make an Impact:

Our work has been made possible through government grants, contracts, and generous donations of equipment, facilities, and funds from a diverse group of individuals, corporations, academic institutions, community organizations, and research agencies. Your support enables access to life-changing technology and knowledge, and invests in bridging the divide between disabled and non-disabled Canadians.

Hacking for the Holidays

From September to December we are aiming to raise $200,000 during our annual Hacking for the Holidays fundraising campaign. Every child deserves to play. But for many kids with disabilities, toys can be hard to use independently, and commercially adapted versions can run upwards of $300. However, with a little bit of tinkering, we can switch-adapt toys and make them accessible for a fraction of the cost. Every dollar counts — many battery-operated toys can be adapted with just $5 of parts, while $60 can cover the whole cost of a toy and switch. Donate today to give the gift of play!
