MentorAbility is a national program that facilitates short mentorships for people with a disability (1 hour to 1 day max, single session). Marsha, from MentorAbility’s presentation will focus on the benefits of mentoring, success stories, and delve a little into the benefits of hiring inclusively.

Pat Price from Neil Squire will explore the importance of diversity and inclusion in hiring, focusing on the supports agencies offer and the benefits for small and medium businesses when employing individuals with disabilities.
