Makers Making Change is excited to be partner with the SHAD program at Mt. Allison University to facilitate a STEM with Purpose workshop!

MMC provides materials, tools and instructions to workshop participants as they are lead in a workshop learning more about assistive technology and accessibility while creating an assistive device! Our STEM with Purpose workshops support STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) education through an assistive technology lens and encourage students to tackle real-world challenges and to empathize with people with disabilities.

All created devices will be donated to local partners and individuals with disabilities.
