Makers Making Change and The TELUS World of Science – Edmonton are excited to partner and host a series of 14 summer events where youth can learn more about assistive technology and devices.
On July 27, from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm PDT, Makers Making Change will be attending the University of British Columbia Panda AAC Camp.
In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to build open-source assistive technology devices that will help you or your community gain better access to the world around us.
Come explore the Makers Making Change office and trial a variation of adaptive gaming setups.
We will be running an info session all about What Makers Making Change is and how teachers and their classrooms can get involved during the Northern Coding Academy Symposium this summer.
