The Vancouver Community Network (VCN) Youth Initiative (new window) is a program directed at giving youth an opportunity to get first-hand experience working as interns in non-profit organizations in their city. The Neil Squire Society (new window) has been fortune to provide work experience to youth from the VCN for many years. The VCN Youth Initiative took the time to do an interview (new window) with Chad Leaman about his experience working with the youth from the VCN .

The Neil Squire Society currently has a youth intern, Logan Van Dyk. Logan started out at the Neil Squire Society in the Employ-Ability Program and is now gaining work experience in hopes of updating his resume so he can apply to the BCIT Radio Broadcasting program (new window).
