The primary goal of the Streaming Media Audit is to evaluate and benchmark various streaming services to understand their strengths and limitations. This report will focus on:

Methodology

The audit will be conducted through a systematic approach that includes:

  • Platform Review: Analyzing key streaming services hardware to evaluate their features and qualitative level of accessibility
  • Application Review: Analyzing key streaming services application to evaluate their features and qualitative level of accessibility
  • Scope of Review: The study looked a five widely used streaming applications—Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Crave, and ICI TOU.TV—across four market-dominant streaming devices: Google TV, Apple TV, Roku Ultra, and Fire TV Stick.
