Dana works as a real-time transcriber for post-secondary students, largely at the University of Victoria, captioning lectures for students who are hard of hearing or deaf. However, she was struggling with her own hearing.
“What a difference. I am much less stressed and fatigued at the end of the day. I feel more competent again in my job.”
