March 16th marks one year since we transitioned to virtual delivery due to COVID-19. Since then we’ve celebrated some milestones, launched new offerings, and learned many lessons. Most importantly though, we are still here to serve you!
Marlene is a certified education assistant at an elementary school. She has hearing loss and needs hearing aids.
Kim is an office administrator and safety coordinator for a steel company in Vernon. Severe ear aches as a child left her with hearing loss in both ears.
Holly is a nursing unit clerk in the medical surgical unit at her local hospital. Her long list of duties includes keeping medical charts up-to-date, admissions and discharges of patients, and processing doctors’ orders.
