Steve struggled with his disabilities for quite some time and was finding it very challenging to maintain employment and his health at the same time. He felt that he needed to work full time, yet he was unable to manage because of his physical challenges.
Jonas is a bright friendly guy who is full of ambition and positivity. Jonas has cerebral palsy, but that hasn’t held him back from pursuing his dream of obtaining employment.
Derek has spina bifida, a congenital disorder which causes varying degrees of damage to the spinal cord and nervous system. He describes himself as a wheelchair user who has some difficulty with short-term memory.
