On June 24th, Tara Brice, a participant in the Neil Squire Society’s literacy program in Fredericton, was the recipient of the Sheree Fitch Adult Learner Literacy Award.
Billy, a paper mill employee for over 30 years, suffered a serious head injury when he fell backwards off a ladder.
Stacey, who has epilepsy, was referred to the Neil Squire Society and was quickly accepted into the Employ-Ability Program in Saskatchewan.
