Enedina was referred to the Neil Squire Society’s Job Focus Program by the Ministry of Housing and Social Development (new window). In September of 2009, she completed the Resident Care Aide/Home Support Diploma (new window) at Sprott-Shaw Community College (new window), however, she was having difficulty securing employment. She once again turned to the Neil Squire Society’s Job Focus program. She worked closely with the Job Focus Program’s Employment Specialist, who arranged several job interviews with potential employers for Enedina.

In July of 2010, she secured employment with Royal Arch Masonic Care Centre (new window) in a Care Aide position.
