Naomi Beswick, a speech language pathologist in Edmonton, Alberta, was looking for a switch adapted toy for a child that she works with. A first-time requestor, perhaps it was fitting that two first-time volunteers answered the call.
Volunteers will be introduced to our Makers Making Change Program, receive insight on our devices, design process and how we update designs once receiving feedback from users. Then they will then be lead through instructions on building Interact Switches.
