With the help of a wage subsidy through Neil Squire’s Creative Employment Options program, the Cariboo Chilcotin Coast Tourism Association hired Mike as their Accessibility Program Assistant to support and build their Accessibility Program.
For over 30 years, Greg worked as a carpenter on Salt Spring Island. Three years ago, he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. He joined our Digital Jumpstart program to be able to do more research on the computer and access opportunities that are available digitally, now that he isn’t able to work.
Elana spends quite a bit of time volunteering, and in particular, with a cause that’s close to her heart — teaching a workshop on living with chronic pain.
