The Neil Squire Society’s latest social enterprise aims to eliminate the financial barriers that may prevent people from getting the hearing help they need.
“I would totally recommend the Assistive Technology Services program to others! Everyone has been quite supportive and helpful,” she says. “I am amazed by the amount of support and care that I have received from the staff at the Assistive Technology Services program.”
“There were a few customers who were very soft spoken and although I liked working with them, I was always anxious that I wouldn’t hear them correctly (and I often didn’t!). It was easy to become awkward and embarrassed when I didn’t hear them or misheard them.”
