In New Brunswick, Neil Squire is one of 23 member organizations of the AvenueNB Cooperative. Established in 2022, the AvenueNB Cooperative is an innovative non-profit collective of employment service providers that serve New Brunswickers with disabilities.
James, a person with disabilities himself, has been busy as a Clubs That Care leader, printing over 50 devices for Ability NB service participants and others in the community.

Thank you to everyone who made our first AT Summit such a success. Held from February 18th to 19th in Moncton, New Brunswick, we had over 160 assistive technology professionals, educators, disability service organizations, vendors, and community members from Canada and beyond, with participants spanning nine time zones with our virtual presentations.
A successful collaboration between Place aux compétences, École Anna-Malenfant, and our Makers Making Change and Solutions programs resulted in the creation of a simple yet effective 3D-printed adaptation for a Neil Squire client preparing to return to work with pain and limited left arm mobility.
