Neil Squire’s third annual Swing into Spring Princess Ball fundraising event will take place on March 18th at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Conference Centre in Regina. All proceeds from this event will go directly to Neil Squire’s Prairie Regional Office to support Canadians with disabilities.
For Indigenous Disability Awareness Month, we wanted to highlight some of the work our Prairie Regional Office has done with Indigenous people with disabilities and communities in Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Manitoba.
Because of her experiences, Melissa decided she wanted to gain experience helping people affected by substance abuse, sexual abuse, or domestic violence.
Our Prairie Regional Manager Nikki Langdon was recently interviewed by the Work Wellness Institute on mental illness, speaking candidly about her own experience with mental illness and on working to end the stigma.
