After his physical health deteriorated due to a severe type of arthritis, Mike knew he needed a change — he couldn’t do the work he once thought he would be spending the rest of his life doing.

Having graduated from university with a degree in International Studies, Ceinwen joined our Creative Employment Options program looking to find work where they could make a difference in their community. Ceinwen has ADHD and a learning disability, which can make it difficult to retain information.
