Creative Employment Options Helps Mike Grow His Skills and Work Towards His Goals

Mike spent the first half of his career working in construction, having most recently spent over 15 years working as an insulator. After his physical health deteriorated due to a severe type of arthritis, Mike knew he needed a change — he couldn’t do the work he once thought he would be spending the rest of his life doing.

Having graduated from university with a degree in International Studies, Ceinwen joined our Creative Employment Options program looking to find work where they could make a difference in their community. Ceinwen has ADHD and a learning disability, which can make it difficult to retain information.

Lindsey’s Newfound Confidence Pays Off With a New Job

When Lindsey joined our Creative Employment Options program, she worked one-on-one with a Job Developer that moved at her pace and assisted her with updating her resume and developing cover letters for jobs she was interested in.
