Last year, Maria underwent a lumpectomy surgery. While the surgery was successful, it left her with nerve damage and significant discomfort whenever she tried lifting anything. Sheldon Finds Rewarding Work With Creative Employment Options

With a number of certificates under his belt, Sheldon had a good job as a steelmaker and inspector for a steel and pipe manufacturer. Last July, however, he fell in an accident causing a C7 spinal cord injury, and he now needs to use a wheelchair for mobility.
