Donya joined our Creative Employment Options program knowing her dream job was to work with children. She had previously attempted the Early Childhood Educator (ECE) program, but due to her disability, she found it difficult to complete assignments and exams.
Fred works as a sales associate at a building supplies store in the BC Interior. He has hearing loss, which can make his job difficult.
Having a tough time finding employment after a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Amelia came to Neil Squire for help.
“They provided me with funds towards the purchase of hearing aids,” Cheryl explains. “I am able to continue in my employment seamlessly. No one would know I have an impairment, it would not cause concern for anyone. I can carry out my job.”
