Through WorkBC Assistive Technology Services, Andrea was able to get the funding to ensure she got the hearing aids she needs on the job.
Aaron works remotely as a programmer. In addition to programming and systems administration tasks, his job also involves meetings. He has hearing loss in one ear along with severe tinnitus.
“The accommodations greatly improved my ability to hear the spoken word and enhanced my performance in interviews, both in-person and online,” Susan explains. “I am sure the devices will make a difference in my work with clients.”
