Crystal, who has bipolar disorder and anxiety, came to the Neil Squire Society looking to learn some new skills and to build her confidence. In order to work on these goals, Crystal joined the Working Together program at the Society’s Prairie Regional office.
The Penticton & Wine Country Chamber of Commerce were preparing to move their office to a new location, but with only four staff members who have the responsibility of serving 570 chamber members, they couldn’t afford to spend all their time preparing for the big move. They needed an extra staff member.
Carmichael Outreach has collaborated with the Neil Squire Society to empower Byron, who lives with PTSD and anxiety.
Evan had spent a lot of time bouncing around from one temporary position to another. Despite a post-secondary diploma in Business Accounting, Evan just wasn’t finding anything that suited his needs.
