Thanks to funding from WorkBC Assistive Technology Services, Petra was able to get the hearing aids she needs for her job in customer service.
“I can hear customers without having to ask to repeat their questions,” she shares. “These accommodations have definitely improved my ability to carry out my work. I can now clearly hear my customers and management, especially at meetings.”

WorkBC Assistive Technology Services is operated by Neil Squire. Assistive Technology Services are available to individuals who have a work-related barrier due to a disability or a functional limitation. This may include barriers related to traveling to and from the workplace.
