Creative Employment Options Helps Zainab Find Opportunities That Fit Her Needs

Zainab joined our Creative Employment Options program because she was having a hard time finding work after graduating from university with a psychology degree. She was diagnosed with ADHD after finding she couldn’t focus and was having difficulties with other executive functions like memory while studying during the pandemic.

When Lindsey joined our Creative Employment Options program, she worked one-on-one with a Job Developer that moved at her pace and assisted her with updating her resume and developing cover letters for jobs she was interested in.

Meredith Feels a Real Sense of Accomplishment at Her New Job

After graduating from college with a diploma in horticulture, Meredith joined our Creative Employment Options program for help with her job search. She has anxiety, and is neurodivergent with diagnoses of autism and ADHD. Despite previously taking part in a horticulture co-op placement during school and related volunteer experience, she found she was facing barriers in finding employment.
