“[Working Together] has taught me to be persistent when applying and to not get discouraged or give up. It has taught me how to prepare my resume and cover letter, and how to conduct myself in an interview should the opportunity present itself.”

Luke works in two roles for Summer Street Industries, a cleaner and a production worker, and he loves them both. The experience of feeling valued as an employee has encouraged him to look ahead and set other goals for himself.

The HRAA is a non-profit organization whose mandate is to protect and preserve the Hammond River through education, conservation, and community interaction.
