Mirjana, who has albinism, was hired to work full-time at Maple Roch after her wage subsidy came to an end. Now she is an integral part of the organization. In addition, her volunteer work in her community recently bagged her some awards.
Allison went on over 50 interviews before seeking help from the Neil Squire Society. With the help of the Solutions for Employment program, she secured a contract position as an accessibility assessor. Her work gave her the confidence to chart her own path.
Allan, who is legally blind, approached the Working Together program for assistance with employment. With the help of his job developer, Allan learned to tailor his resume and cover letter and hone his interviewing skills. He was soon successful in landing a job.
Marcus, who has depression and anxiety, came to the Neil Squire Society for assistance with searching for customer service positions. With the help of the Working Together program, he gained job-searching skills, interviewing skills, and a new job.
